Vanessa (she/her) is a Black Indigenous lesbian Chef that hosted the show Tasty’s "Tasting Our Roots"reaching over 20 million views and is on streaming platforms. She continues to collaborate with Food Network, NBC, BET, AirBnB, Google, Access Hollywood, and Blavity platforms. She has founded mutual aids, “Brown Books for Brown Kids” and “Tasty Tutelage”. She’s been a contestant on Chopped Sweets, named Savage X Fenty’s 2022 Change-maker, Nissan’s Partner for Progress and is an Eating Well Magazine Correspondent. Vanessa is an advocate for Mental Health and Disability rights, Justice Reform, and championing Queer Black Girl magic!
